The Abhainn Coire Mhic Nobuil flowing well after days of rain, with the sandstone cliffs of Beinn Dearg rearing high above. The Abhainn Coire Mhic Nobuil drains the deep groove that lies between the Torridonian sandstone giants of Beinn Dearg (left) and Liathach (right). Beinn Dearg may look like an enormous brick, but it is actually a very fine L shaped ridge. This is a wild and spectacular place at the best of times, and even more so in moody weather like this.
