Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is a region located in the southeastern part of France, known for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture. Ce kiosque à musique est le cadeau du comte de Chambrun à sa femme vers la fin du 19eme siècle. Dès 1890, il accueille de nombreux concerts. Le monument inspiré du temple de la Sibylle en Italie est construit en marbre blanc de Carrare. Il est constitué de douze colonnes corinthiennes et fait vingt mètres de haut. A son dôme, on note la présence d'une sculpture de bronze et les mots "Logos" (raison) et "Kosmos" (univers) gravés sur le fronton.

This bandstand is the gift of Count de Chambrun to his wife in the late 19th century. From 1890, it hosts many concerts. The monument inspired by the temple of Sibyl in Italy is built in white Carrara marble. It consists of twelve Corinthian columns and is twenty meters high. At its dome, there is the presence of a bronze sculpture and the words "Logos" (reason) and "Kosmos" (universe) engraved on the pediment.

Lungo il percorso ad anello ci si imbatti in questo ristrutturato e moderno Faro. Il nome di Faro Il nome deriva dall'isola di Pharos, di fronte ad Alessandria d'Egitto, dove nel III secolo a.C. era stata costruita una torre sulla quale ardeva costantemente un gran fuoco, in modo che i naviganti su quei fondali potessero districarsi dalla retrostante palude Mareotide. Antibes, Cote d'Azur during sunrise. Last week I returned from a 16 day road trip through southern france. First I went to visit the Lavender fields around Valensole and the Verdon Canyon. I continued the journey in Cassis and from there went along the Cote d'Azur.

For my taste there are to many citys at the coast there and I enjoyed my time in the back country much more than the coast. But I couldn't resisit to explore the area a bit during sunrise. Then it's quite calm and I had those beautiful views for myself, as here in Antibes.
