Ponte 25 de Abril
Ponte 25 de Abril is one of the most iconic landmarks in Lisbon, Portugal. This suspension bridge spans the Tagus River and connects the city of Lisbon to the municipality of Almada. The bridge was inaugurated on April 6, 1966, and was named after the date of the Carnation Revolution, which took place on April 25, 1974. The bridge is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike, offering stunning views of the city and the river.
