Hammeren Fyr is the name of this old lighthouse on the northern tip of the Danish island of Bornholm. It is no longer in use. Bornholm lies in the Baltic Sea, just under Sweden and is mostly ignored by tourists from outside the Scandinavian area. It covers an area of just under 600 km². The island has a lovely coastline dotted with many picturesque villages.
The pretty island of Bornholm this summer. Nobody seemed to have ever heard of it, but it came on the news when the Nordstream pipelines exploded right next to it in the Baltic Sea.
Thanks to all Phoide contributors to Bornholm!
Most notably Adelheid Smitt.
