Encarna a la perfección el pueblo de pescadores típico de la zona, las barquitas cerca de la playa, las casas blancas y modestas de los pescadores y la extraordinaria paz en la mayor parte del año que sólo se interrumpe parcialmente en los meses veraniegos. Destaca la playa con 2 grandes peñones o formaciones terrestres, visibles desde muy lejos, una de ellas queda ligeramente separada, tal que si fuera una pequeña isla, de ahí recibe el nombre el pueblo: “la Isleta del Moro”
