Cassia
Nel cuore della Toscana, immerso nel verde della Val d’Orcia, in posizione collinare, sorge l’antico casale di "Poggio Covili".
Il suo nome, come riportato in alcune pubblicazioni, deriva dall’antica osteria un tempo frequentata da coloro che, a piedi o in carrozza, transitavano sulla via Francigena.
Negli anni '70 venne acquistato dalla famiglia Pasquini e successivamente ristrutturato con estrema cura e attenzione, fino a divenire oggi un agriturismo da sogno, circondato da un panorama mozzafiato.
