View On Black The gorgeous sandy expanse of Dunnet Bay, near Thurso, Caithness, Scotland, the storm see overhead is just starting to approach the sands, within about ten minutes the whole area was black, hardly any light and pouring with rain, great timing for this shot! View On Black here I was leaving it quite late to get this shot, most people who had been on the beach had beat a hasty retreat off it with the storm closing in overhead, I hung around as the storm clouds were the most impressive I've ever seen in this country and made a great contrast with the light still available on the beach, 5 minutes later all hell broke lose above, I got absolutely soaked but hopefully worth it for these shots...
