Was low tide at Seaham Chemical beach this morning which gave me a good chance at getting some shots from the old timber frames .The frames are what's left over from the mining days along this beach when the coal would be carted along the beach to Seaham harbour . Thanks for looking folks .

One time you find me in my Local pub now im just as happy at my Local beach . Think a spent about hour just watching the waves crash about .

Elvet Bridge is a mediaeval masonry arch bridge across the River Wear in the city of Durham, in County Durham, England. It links the peninsula in central Durham and the Elvet area of the city, and is a Grade I listed building. Wikipedia

This is about 1.4 mile down from . its right at the bottom of the waterfalls near to the picnic tables . bowlees visitor centre

Ludworth Tower, is one of the best-known Pele towers in County Durham. Only a few fragments of this building now survive, as most of it collapsed in 1890 The building was once surrounded by a bank and a ditch, but they are no longer visible. Around the tower are various banks covering fallen walls and foundations.

Seaham Harbour .

Shot Rock is located on the Easington Colliery beach. A unusual sea arch sitting in the sea looking a bit fragile now. I noticed a few cracks on the arch looking like a big storm could bring the arch down any time .I arrived at high tide and had checked the weather which was forecast for showers so I knew there was going to be some drama in the sky. As always when Im shooting these seascapes a welly full of seawater .Thanks for viewing every one.
