How is your summer going? Mine started on very good note and I just came back from a Detroit trip where I had a blast. But before I get to chance to edit some of those shots I thought I should post an image from the Illinois countryside. I had a chance to shoot some landscapes and hang out with some good friends this past week. What more can you ask for. What do you think?

Night photography anyone? Last weekend I had this location pinned down for this very reason. I had a clear image in my mind, it just needed a bit of work to be accomplished. Last night was perfect but cold still kept biting. Since we only had a window of 3h to make this happen, because the moon was rising at 1:30am, we decided to go for it. I light painted the house with the light on my phone to highlight the textures. What do you think?
