El Castillo de Wawel fue construido en el siglo XIV por orden del rey Casimiro el Grande. Junto con el centro histórico de Cracovia es Patrimonio de la Humanidad desde 1978.
The oldest parts of this beautiful complex date to the 16C. It is one of the largest castles in Poland and was once the living quarters of the president. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1978.
