A staircase at Weavers Yard in Dundee.
The whole area of Weavers Yard is strange. Theres so many signs of things from the past immediating butting into the present. Old mills have now been turned into fancy apartments. Huge walls and stone supports keep back the new houses built on top of fogotten tunnels. A medieval arch. Hints and plaques give nod to maritime history. Theres even a gargoyle!
From the empty beer cans i'd say the area really only serves teenagers looking for a dark nook to drink beer and cavort completely ignorant of the important part the yard played in Dundees jute industry..
