Elgin Bridge

This tunnel is close to Marina Bay. I didn't find any info about this golden emblem for this tunnel. Was this tunnel created in 2015 or was it renovated, I don't know. Any info about it is welcome. Anyway, I loved it, wouldn't have taken a shot of it.
