Former Courthouse

The town of Peebles sits at the head of the Tweed Valley just 23 miles from Edinburgh and 40 miles from Glasgow. Not surprisingly, it is a popular destination for a day trip from these cities. It has a bustling High Street full of individual shops with a lovely Scottish feel to it. Some of the best mountain biking in the world can be found a short distance away from the town in Glentress Forest.
