Panorama of the Keizersgracht/Leidsegracht in Amsterdam

This was Amsterdam in late May, when all cities were almost deserted as a result of Covid lockdown. There were no tourist boats on the canals offering some unique reflections. This is the Amstel River with the Magere Brug (skinny bridge) in the background.

Housed in a building called De Bazel, after Dutch architect Karel de Bazel. It was built from 1919 to 1926 as the head office of the Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij. De Bazel died before the building was finished.
