Sunset at one of the most beautiful places in Corsica.
avec des éclaboussures en prime!!
The beach of "Saint-Antoine", south of Bonifacio, can be reached on foot in about one and a half hour's hike. Along the winding path you'll find breathtaking views on to the white sandstone cliffs. The place is framed by bizarre cliffs and full of striking rock formations washed out by the stormy seas. In the background you can see the lighthouse of Pertusato.
..juste pour le reflet du soleil couchant sur le reflux...
Despite the spectacular colors of this sunset, to be seen in the previous shot, I thought this rock formation would look nice in black & white. Hope you agree.

That was a calm evening in Bonifacio on Good Friday two years ago. The walls of the the medieval old town where illuminated in popping colors. I took a few shots from the harbor at blue hour before we headed up to the "Haut Ville" to watch the annual Easter procession.

Tonnara Beach is located 10 kilometers north of Bonifacio on the way to Propriano. At this season it's a really quiet place with just a few houses, 2 restaurants and kilometers of lonely beaches and bizzar rock formations. The perfect place to relax.
