Sunset at the little grouse hut in Glen Quaich
Was looking through the shots from the night at the grouse hut and came across this one with a bit stronger aurora and a couple of pillars reaching skyward
The little grouse hut in Glen Quaich witht he Munro Schiehallion behind it to the left and with a little Aurora activity, couldnt see it with the eye but noticed it on the lcd immediately.
Rock Lodge, part of Taymouth Castle estate, Perth & Kinross. Taymouth Castle grounds were remodelled and replanted between 1810 and 1862. The lodge was built with rustic and castellated features which followed fashionable styles of architecture of this time. The estate also employed guides to lead paying tourists around the remodelled landscape during this period. Taymouth Castle was built for the Campbells of Breadalbane and stands on the site of Balloch Castle, which was built c.1550

Rising sun hitting snowy Ben Lawers and Meall Greigh. Have been wanting to do this as a sunset location but not had much luck with weather, so tried...
