Here's the typical photo of the Vatican one has to take when visiting Rome :-) I didn't get a colorful sunset that evening, but the blue hour as usual didn't dissapoint and once all the city lights went on it looked quite magical.

The Altare della Patria (Altar of the Fatherland) also known as the Monumento Nazionale a Vittorio Emanuele II (National Monument to Victor Emmanuel II).
Ecco lo splendido scenario che è praticamente ipossibile ammirare in solitudine se non mi fossi trovati in quel luogo pochi minuti dopo l'alba. Piccolo sacrificio ma che mi ha donato riflessi, libertà e contrasti unici.

Lo ammetto, ho visto quest'inquadratura tra le migliori "viste" di Roma e così l'ho cercata; ho studiato cartine, mappe ed inquadrature e così nell'ultima notte di permanenza a Roma finalmente l'ho trovata e lo spettaccolo che mi si parava davanti potete vederlo anche voi.
