I wasn't even sure I wanted to photograph this iconic location, seeing as thousands have done it before me. But being in the area I decided to give it a shot. The early morning fog seemed like it wanted to stay all day, but then there was an opening, at the same time as the high tide came in. Suddenly conditions were perfect, and I'm so glad I waited for this.
