Pobbles Beach

Pobbles Bay
Pobbles Bay

Half an hour after sunset the clear sky of the evening turned on an amazing glow and Pobbles Bay was bathed in this beautiful warm light.

This is what I often whitness at the end of civil twilight right before it gets dark. When you have a clear sky, don't despair, just wait till the end of twilight and quite often you'll get such an awesome glow as here.

I used a lee 0.6 hard GND + I think a lee 0.6 GND here to keep the sky dark enough but I also blended in a second exposure. If you are interested in how I do this check out my tutorial on the Landscape Photography Magazine
