I like to call this time of day Silver Hour. For me it is the time just after the sun sets, when the gold, warm light disappears and when a band of pink appears in the sky, but before the Blue Hour lights appear. Water often gets a silvery sheen, and on a clear day there seems to be a glow on the buildings/landscape. This is the university city of Coimbra in central Portugal.
