Svappavaara

A beautiful and intense Sunset as I was driving through the northern part of Sweden. The low evening mist appeared over the fields like an evening blanket.

I was driving south along the Innlandsvägen, all the kilometers from Karesuando to Östersund. Many miles of forests and open spaces, and at times quite boring, right until this Sunset moment, when a layer of mist started appearing on the fields and some beautiful colours in the sky and on the snow.
