Sans vouloir paraître blasé c'était un matin un peu trop beau pour faire une photo spectaculaire du Cervin au Riffelsee. Mais l'expérience humaine après une nuit de bivouac givrante reste grandiose.

L'église d'Hérémence est une église atypique construite en béton. Une curiosité qui vaut le détour. L'intérieur est étonnant, avec des entrées de lumière naturelle qui mettent en relief les formes intérieures. Grand angle conseillé, si possible trépied car peu de lumière.

La vue sur le glacier d'Aletsch est particulièrement intéressante depuis l'observatoire du Sphinx, en effet elle permets une meilleure vue sur le glacier. La partie haute du glacier est légèremnt rosée, car les restes de neige hivernale contiennent beaucoup de sable provenant du Sahara.
Deux prise espacées de 3.5 minutes. C'est fou comme la lumière change vite au crépuscule.
Sur Morgins
We very much enjoyed our hike to the blue lake close to Arolla. The water is cristal clear due to the proximate source.
Le plus haut lac de Fenêtre offre une vue magnifique sur les Alpes à la frontière France-Suisse. Au fond: Aiguille duTriolet (nuages, 3870m), Mont Dolent (3820m), La Tour Noire (3836m), Grand Darray (3514m) Grand angle: 28mm Accès uniquement possible à pied. Soit par le Val Ferret, soit depuis le Col du Grand St-Bernard, en passant en bout sur l?italie.
Une belle balade sur le bisse du Saxon pour voir les fameux mélèzes centenaires de Balavaud. Une journée parfaite!

Une sortie de raquette entre Champoussin et les Crosets avec un halte culinaire au relais-crosets (fortement recommandé). Une vue imprenable sur le massif des Dents du midi. Comme par hasard nous avons retardé notre balade pour voir le coucher de soleil :-) (à suivre)

A bit of a change again and back to London, more architecture in the landscape and one of my all time favourite building, St Pauls cathedral, completely iconic on the skyline of London, so dominating yet not the easiest of features to shoot due to the built up areas around it, a nice cloudy day with no rain just the job here, there was a nice yellow hue starting in the sky, I was going to post that version but I'm a sucker for B/W and I've posted loads of colour shots lately.

My first attempt to apply photo stacking for such a light trail image. The image was stacked from 16 individual shots with 30s exposure each. The image was assembled within Photoshop.
The Dom is a mountain of the Pennine Alps, located between Randa and Saas-Fee in the canton of Valais. With its 4,545 m (14,911 ft) summit it is the third highest mountain in the Alps and the second highest in Switzerland, after Monte Rosa.
Although Dom is a German cognate for 'dome', it can also mean 'cathedral' and the mountain is named after Canon Berchtold of Sitten cathedral, the first person to survey the vicinity.
