Another shot from our tour of monument valley, this particular location is called the ear of the wind. I don’t think I did justice to the sheer size of this location in my photo since I used a wide angle lens. We were here on Thanks Giving Day just before sunset so the valley had hardly any visitors. Our guide told us that this is usually a crowded location, but we had enough time to walk around and truly enjoy the place with our 5 people strong tour party. This one was one of the rare times I got a view without anyone in the frame.
