A very nice composition of both the Eiffer Tower and the Basilica Sacré-Cœur.
Getting there: This is from Boucry Tower (http://www.latourboucry.com/), there doesn't seem to be any public viewing spot, the only option seems to be to find someone willing to let you in a private apartment.
