This vantage point offers a great view the main Prague spires, several major churches and towers. They are nicely packed together when viewed from this spot (and certainly nearby locations).
Photo tips: Fairly long telephoto is useful here, around 200mm full-frame or more. Mornings offer amazing backlight, which is what I prefer, but also sunsets can be nice. Trees standing around can help to add interesting element to the composition. For this purpose Spring bloom (mid-April) or Autumn foliage (October) work best, but can be interesting throughout the year.
Getting there: Quite centrally located in Prague, you can walk here from any location close to that Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and others. Petrin is a fairly steep hill though.
