Vagharshapat, also known as Etchmiadzin, is a city located in the Armavir Province of Armenia. It is considered one of the most important religious centers in the country, as it is home to the Etchmiadzin Cathedral, the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church. The city is also known for its rich history and cultural heritage, with many ancient monuments and landmarks scattered throughout its streets.
