Český Krumlov

Český Krumlov is a picturesque town located in the South Bohemian Region of Czechia. It is known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and stunning natural scenery. The town is a popular destination for photographers, as it offers a variety of unique and beautiful locations to capture. Some of the most popular photography spots in Český Krumlov include the Castle Tower, the Old Town Square, and the Vltava River.

Early morning in Cesky Krumlov in the southern part of the Czech Republic. A beautiful town and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The morning blue hour was a little difficult because there is very little lighting on the buildings. However, at evening blue hour I was in a different spot, so I had to make do with this.

I took a similar shot to this one 3 years ago, but I wanted to come back for a slightly different angle. In my previous shot part of the castle was hidden behind the buildings. This little town is so wonderful and offers lots of viewpoints for photography. I have more coming.

I love the view from this spot, especially with the reflections. It was a little disappointing to see the construction spot though.

Český Krumlov is a city in the South Bohemia region of the Czech Republic. It is bisected by the Vltava River, and dominated by its 13th-century castle which has Gothic, Renaissance and baroque elements, an 11-hectare garden and an original 17th-century baroque theater. There are panoramic views of the old town and the river from the top of its round bell tower. Its historic centre, around the Castle, is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992

There are many great viewing spots here, but this view from the castle is the best to get in the whole town. This is a 2 image stitch.

Last year, my second visit to pretty Cesky Krumlov and I was able to make a blue hour on the spot where I only made a daytime photo on my first trip. See that one here: www.flickr.com/photos/adelheids-pictures/26017575350
