I really appreciate your kind and positive feedback. A big thank you for every comment. I arrived on my location about half an hour before sunrise. It was still very dark and spooky. You could hear the calls from pheasants everywhere. When the first sunrays hit the farmhouse I made seven vertical shots and stiched them together in post-production.

Montalcino è un comune italiano di 5,139 abitanti[2],collocato a 564 m s.l.m. della provincia di Siena in Toscana. È una località nota per la produzione del vino Brunello. Si colloca nel territorio a nord-ovest del Monte Amiata, alla fine della val d'Orcia, sul confine amministrativo con la provincia di Grosseto. Il profilo del paese è tipico di un borgo medioevale e grazie alla sua collocazione possiamo ammirare uno splendido paesaggio, a tal proposito in epoca medioevale è stata costruita una fortezza da cui la popolazione poteva intercettare e difendersi a sua volta dai nemici ed oggi grazie a operazioni di restauro può essere visitata. I cipressini di San Quirico d'Orcia si trovano su una collinetta che domina da sud un tratto della Via Cassia che attraversa la parte settentrionale del territorio comunale di San Quirico d'Orcia, in località "I Triboli". Gli alberi rappresentano il simbolo naturalistico e paesaggistico, non solo del comune e della zona in cui sono situati ma anche dell'intera Toscana.
Si tratta di due distinti gruppi di alberi, situati in modo isolato su rilievi collinari rotondeggianti di modesta altura e privi di altri tipi di vegetazione di alto fusto. Il primo gruppo di cipressi formano un piccolo e folto boschetto di forma romboidale ubicato alle coordinate geografiche 43°03′45.62″N 11°33′31.86″E, mentre il secondo gruppo di cipressi si trova lungo una strada bianca che conduce ad un complesso poderale, attorno alla quale sono disposti formando due distinti semicerchi aperti verso il centro della strada sterrata alle coordinate geografiche 43°03′38.99″N 11°33′30.49″E.
Entrambi i gruppi di cipressi si trovano su un gruppo collinare che divide la val d'Orcia dalla valle dell'Ombrone verso la quale sono rivolti.

The Torre del Mangia is a tower in Siena, in the Tuscany region of Italy. Built in 1338-1348, it is located in the Piazza del Campo, Siena's premier square. When built it was one of the tallest secular towers in medieval Italy, At 88 metres (289 feet), it is third tallest after Cremona's Torrazzo (112 m) and the Asinelli tower in Bologna (97 m).
Sadly no-one took a shot of me making this photo! I'm sure it looked very funny me lying on the back under the deepest possible position of the tripod and trying to get the focus right. Even too narrow angle with my 15-30mm Tamron, so I cut out the lower part of the yard, to get this nice symmetry. HDR with PS-CC
