A pink Sunset at the Tower Bridge, just as the illumination has been switched on. Minutes before it was still raining heavily.

“People who don’t construe their life and don’t frame their own tale, stay on the sidelines, remain only an act without a story and turn into an "empty box". Out-of-the-box thinking and inventiveness remains then merely wishfull thinking.” ― Erik Pevernagie

After a very very very long absence on Flickr, I have decided to start posting again! Hope that there are still people following me here! And I am glad to start with a recent shot from Singapore. It was shot from the Sky Park on top of Marina Bay Sands, during the NPD (National Parade Day) fireworks rehearsal. There are fireworks rehearsal every Saturday, what a great attention for the photographers community! :-) Regarding Flickr, it all started in Singapore 9 years ago when started to post here, and at that time I would have never ever thought that photography would eventually became a full time job!

Finding new angles for this monument that has been shooted billions of times is a real challenge. I'm not saying that this one is particularly original, but this is my first visit to the tower since I make photographies, and I plan to come back and try again. For very interesting angles you can visit for example www.flickr.com/photos/bratan/sets/72157594469941763/, I love the way he re-invents new ways of looking at such well-known models... Did you catch it? After the first attempt to catch the super moon rise behind the lighthouse failed, due to thick clouds, we quickly ran in to town to try a different vantage point. Clouds were moving quickly so by the time we got in the city we had a clear view. This is one of the frames I captured than night while the golden sunlight illuminating Marina Towers and the moon.. What do you think?

Skyline de Bangkok desde la Torres Baiyoke
Some time ago I posted an early morning shot of the Charles Bridge in Prague. In the evening it is better to take this from a distance because the throngs of people on the bridge will make it impossible to shoot on the bridge. This photo looks towards the old city after Sunset. www.flickr.com/photos/adelheids-pictures/31284281302
