A nice viewpoint close to the Charles Bridge from where not only the bridge can be seen, but also the Old Town Bridge Tower looks very good from this opposite Vltava river bank.

Photo tips: Wide angle lens can include a large part of the Charles Bridge, but mid-telephoto helps to shift focus more on the buildings on the other bank, mainly the Old Town Bridge Tower, which dominates the eastern side of the bridge.

Getting there: The entrance to the Hergetova cihelna is from Cihelná street, keep to the right there and you'll get to the viewpoint after less than 50 meters. Hergetova cihelna is a nice restaurant spread over several rooms & terraces.

Some time ago I posted an early morning shot of the Charles Bridge in Prague. In the evening it is better to take this from a distance because the throngs of people on the bridge will make it impossible to shoot on the bridge.
