Located on the 61st floor of the Banyan Tree Hotel you will find one of the best rooftop bars of Bangkok. The Moon Bar is a completely open air restaurant and cocktail bar with unobstructed 360 views of the city below. It is breathtaking. Wonderful for a special dinner or a drink on the bar !!!

After a very very very long absence on Flickr, I have decided to start posting again! Hope that there are still people following me here! And I am glad to start with a recent shot from Singapore. It was shot from the Sky Park on top of Marina Bay Sands, during the NPD (National Parade Day) fireworks rehearsal. There are fireworks rehearsal every Saturday, what a great attention for the photographers community! :-) Regarding Flickr, it all started in Singapore 9 years ago when started to post here, and at that time I would have never ever thought that photography would eventually became a full time job!
Tower Bridge at night is quite a sight, all lit up. Unfortunately I had to get back home, so this view at dusk was as late as I could go.

Finding new angles for this monument that has been shooted billions of times is a real challenge. I'm not saying that this one is particularly original, but this is my first visit to the tower since I make photographies, and I plan to come back and try again. For very interesting angles you can visit for example www.flickr.com/photos/bratan/sets/72157594469941763/, I love the way he re-invents new ways of looking at such well-known models... Some time ago I posted an early morning shot of the Charles Bridge in Prague. In the evening it is better to take this from a distance because the throngs of people on the bridge will make it impossible to shoot on the bridge. This photo looks towards the old city after Sunset. www.flickr.com/photos/adelheids-pictures/31284281302
Do you have better luck with it? I was really looking forward to this short work break. The holiday was great and spending some quality time with my family and friends is alway a bonus and I’m grateful for it. The weather on the other side sucks, it’s bad for all four days and that is a bummer. But, hey, we will not let that stop us from getting out and hanging together and try to salvage what we can. This is one was shot back in September on one of the similar gloomy days. What do you think?
